Matt here, owner of Green Thumbs Comprehensive Ltd. Thank you for taking the time to view our website. I trust you will find one or more of the services that we offer to be of some value to you or a friend.​

We started Green Thumbs in 2018 with the goal of creating an exciting and developing business, that would adapt and evolve to suit the needs of our clients and the ever-changing market. 

We hold a strong ability to interpret and envision your projects end to end and are often brought in to complete the remaining stages of uncompleted projects, being asked to complete the steps that have gone into the too hard basket resulting in many projects becoming stagnant and stuck in time. It's a real pleasure getting things moving again. ​

Over the past years we have built up an inventory of modern and up to date machinery and implements that can be pressed into service. 

I enjoy making connections with people and connecting with the right people is my strong suit, this has enabled me to build a skilled team and network of the most friendly, positive competent and like-minded individuals available. 

I enjoy the logistical challenges that come with small - and large -scale land and area clearing; however, I am equally at home in the residential setting resolving the challengers faced with my team when carrying out complex or often confined space tree care, tree reductions or removals. 

I am fortunate to continue to work with some of new Zealand's top developers, development companies and project managers, both in the commercial and the private sectors. I am also a proud member of Tauranga's (BNI) networking group, so I am well positioned to connect you with the right trades and industry professionals who may be of assistance to you. Over the years I have built up a strong partnership with the people I can refer to you. I have confidence in the fact that they will complete any task undertaken to both your and my standard alike, and in turn I can assure you that I am also held to this same standard. 

Having personally built this business from the ground up completing countless pre-sale and between tenancy tree and grounds tidy up, I find myself holding a good and strong connection to our local real estate industry, working with many of the leading sales and leasing agents in the residential and commercial space.

 

On a personal note, I have found balancing the love form my work with the love for my family, like all obstacles faced in life, it pays to move diagonally, that's why my beautiful wife and children are often dragged out with dad on the weekend to inspect a site or come along for the ride to quote a job, always taking the time to enjoy the many adventures  along the way.

My lovely wife Jackie of 8 years, whilst caring for our wonderful family, also works diligently behind the scenes taking care of the background noise that comes with operating a growing business.
